Does SurfStitch offer free shipping?

What is SurfStitch's returns policy?

We accept change-of-mind returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition. To start a return, find your order confirmation email or log in to your account on our website, access your order, select the relevant items and initiate a return request. Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

We act as your primary point of contact for all purchases, customer queries and returns, while your order is packed and shipped by the brand you bought from. This model allows us to offer a wider, fresher range of products.
