Guar Hydroxypropyl Trimonium Chloride

Although a great conditioning agent for both skin and hair, Guar Hydroxypropyl Trimonium Chloride is especially beneficial as a hair care product. Because it is positively charged, or cationic, it neutralizes the negative charges on hair strands that cause hair to become static or tangled. Better yet, it does this without weighing hair down. With this ingredient, you can have silky, non-static hair that retains its volume.

Shea Butter

Shea butter helps restore lost moisture and repair damaged hair. The fatty acids in Shea Butter condition the scalp and the hair as well as providing many essentials nutrients back into the hair. When shea butter is used in the hair, it coats each strand and works as a protective barrier locking in moisturise and shielding the hair from harsh elements like the sun, wind and cold weather.

Jojoba Oil

Jojoba oil is ideal for use in the hair since it shares many characteristics with sebum, the oil our scalps naturally produce. It won’t interfere with the scalp’s natural balance. This blend has been designed to penetrate into the hair cortex where it can increase hair thickness and strength.

Peppermint Oil

This oil is a powerhouse of nutrients and minerals with some fatty acids and that cooling effect from menthol. It also has antiseptic and antimicrobial properties, which help to cool the scalp and help eliminate dandruff. It is used in hair products to relieve a dry scalp, stimulate hair growth, and give hair a healthy shine. Peppermint helps increase blood circulation to the scalp which contributes to stimulating hair growth.

Salt helps loosen and dissolve existing product build up-and dandruff as well as stimulates circulation for a healthy scalp. Pink salt also absorbs excess oil and moisture to prevent dandruff in the future. pink salt contains a lot of minerals, including magnesium and potassium.

Glycerin is a coveted ingredient in skin, hair, and body care products because of its humectant properties, it can draw in moisture from the atmosphere and retain it in hair and skin. Glycerin moisturises the scalp and promotes healthy hair too.

How To Use

Apply a handful to wet hair.

Gently massage onto the scalp to build a rich lather, adding more water if necessary.

Use your fingertips to massage the product into your scalp. Leave for a few minutes to enjoy the cooling sensation.

Rinse thoroughly and finish with a nourishing hair mask or conditioner.

Use every second or third wash.  We recommend using 2-3 times per week for optimal results.
